I haven't made a pumpkin pie yet this winter. Must do something about that!I did bake this guy and made Honey Pumpkin Butter. It's all gone now. Time to bake another. This is a small sugar pumpkin who lost his stem during harvest.

Mmm, never heard of honey pumpkin butter but now I know I need to try it! So great that you have these guys stored and useful all winter long.
I made a pumpkin pie in the last couple of days. These keeping pumpkins are worth their weight in gold this time of year!
